The Centre for Alumni and Well-Being at Széchenyi István University brings former students together to form an active community and opens up new opportunities for them to cultivate professional relationships and advance their careers—for example, through alumni meetings, regular newsletters and database management, and exclusive discounts on university services and business development programs. In addition, the center assists alumni with customer service, campus tours, and individual career counseling, while supporting the dissemination of the university’s most important news, developments, and further education opportunities to them.

The University Library and Archives of Széchenyi István University provides a modern information and learning environment for students and teachers, where the most important scientific databases, online catalogues, research rooms, group study areas, as well as various events and library training courses are available. Services include information, book lending, access to digital content, and the use of community spaces, such as the Children’s Corner or board game lending, which contribute to a balance between learning and leisure.

The Adult Education and Skills Development Centre at Széchenyi István University offers a wide range of educational opportunities for those eager to learn, from short, practice-oriented courses to degree programs covering several professional fields. The center focuses particularly on supporting e-learning—through online course materials, the Moodle system, and personal and electronic assistance—thereby promoting flexibility and quality in adult education.

The Student Council of Széchenyi István University (HÖK) plays an active role in protecting students’ interests, organises community and professional events, and provides access to scholarships and grant opportunities in various categories. Among other things, regular social scholarships, housing subsidies, tuition reductions, and talent development demonstrator scholarship programs are available—all of which support academic and financial advancement through the HÖK application platform.

The Centre for Career Guidance of Széchenyi István University, as part of the University Service Center, coordinates the administration of students’ mandatory professional internships and assists them in finding job, internship, and international internship opportunities, as well as organizing CV and interview training. In addition, it organizes career events, job fairs, and corporate networking in cooperation with more than 1,500 partner companies to promote students’ career development and employment.

The University Dormitory of Széchenyi István University provides comfortable accommodation for full-time students in several buildings, including the Famulus and Hegedűs Gyula dormitories, with comfortable shared rooms, common areas, study rooms, and washing machines to make everyday life easier.
Admission is handled through the Neptun/Dormitory system, and regular student satisfaction surveys help to continuously improve services. In addition, the university offers programs and support to strengthen community life.

The Centre for International Programmes and Alumni at Széchenyi István University is the professional and administrative background institution for student mobility abroad: it coordinates the Erasmus+, CEEPUS and Pannónia scholarship programs, assists in the implementation of short (BIP/SAP) and longer, credit mobility-based study trips, and provides information and an application platform for international opportunities. In addition, thematic gap applications, international professional internship opportunities and detailed guides are regularly available, while personal customer service also assists students on campus.

The Centre for Language and Culture at Széchenyi István University offers a bunch of language services to students and teachers: teaching of professional and legal languages (English, German, Latin), organisation of accredited language exams (four times a year in the ORIGO system), as well as cultural events and intercultural programmes to develop communication skills. In addition, it supports academic and cultural goals through office and online administration, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of the language skills of the university community.

The Department of Academic Affairs of Széchenyi István University is the professional center for student affairs, where, in addition to Neptun-based administration, grades, credit recognition, certificates, administrative organization, and semester start administration are also handled. The department provides personal assistance to students in matters related to admission, the course of study, and the certification of absences, and also assists in the official documentation of students’ academic progress.

The Széchenyi István University Sports Centre offers comprehensive sports and recreational services to students, teachers, and staff, including the outstanding achievements of the rowing team and access to numerous facilities on campus.
The centre works with professionally trained physical education teachers to promote both competitive sports and health-promoting recreation, and also collaborates with various sports clubs, such as the Széchenyi István University Sports Club.

Universitas–Győr Nonprofit Kft., the bookstore of Széchenyi István University, operates at Egyetem tér 1 in Győr and provides a wide range of services to students, including the supply of lecture notes, book sales, and other study aids.
The institution is an important part of the University’s service infrastructure, helping students to easily access study materials, while its presence on campus ensures continuous administration and convenient access to textbooks during office hours.
