Institutional TDK – May 7, 2025

The Institutional Scientific Student Conference (TDK) of Széchenyi István University will take place on May 7, 2025, with active participation from the Kautz Gyula Faculty of Economics.

Starting from 13:30, students of the faculty will present their research in five thematic sections. The number of submitted and accepted papers once again reflects the strong interest in the event: a total of 36 papers will be presented, covering a wide range of topics in economics, social sciences, and tourism.

Section topics:

A1: The world of business: strategy and HR

A2: Leadership and project management

A3: Sustainability and environmental awareness

B2: Challenges and opportunities of the present

B3: Innovative marketing, AI, customer satisfaction

To conclude the day, the faculty-organized awards ceremony of the Kautz Faculty will take place at 17:00 in Lecture Hall A1, where the most outstanding student papers and presentations will be recognized.

As 2025 is the year of the National Scientific Student Conference (OTDK), this year’s institutional TDK is held in a more modest format, without a central opening or closing ceremony – the focus is on the section sessions and the recognition of academic achievements within the faculty community.

The TDK serves as one of the most important forums for nurturing future academics, offering students a platform to explore their chosen fields in depth, develop their presentation and research skills, and engage with academic life at the faculty level. Participants may also earn eligibility to compete in the National Scientific Student Conference (OTDK) to be held in 2027.

We warmly invite all interested students, faculty members, and science enthusiasts to attend!
