The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for sharing the latest research findings and practical experiences related to cultural diversity, social inclusion, sustainability, and digital transformation. The event welcomes international scholars, professionals, and PhD students actively working in these fields.

The three-day conference offers 16 thematic tracks, including:

• development of cultural competences,

• artificial intelligence in multicultural settings,

• global virtual teamwork,

• the role of language in international business.

Call for Abstracts & Participation

Presenters are invited to submit an abstract of up to 500 words by 15 July 2025. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 31 July. Selected contributions may be considered for publication in the European Journal of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management.

Registration Fees

• IACCM members: €350

• Non-members: €350 + €70 membership fee

• PhD students: €200 (non-members pay an additional €15 membership fee)

• Early bird registration deadline: 31 August 2025
