Digitalisation in tourism - CEPPUS Summer School
Széchenyi István University organised an international summer university focused on the digitalisation of tourism. The aim of the programme was to introduce students to the sustainable and innovative use of digital technologies in the tourism sector. During the summer university, Hungarian and foreign students worked together on various case studies and practical tasks.

Participation in the SPSS Summer School in Veszprém
Between June 7 and 11, 2025, the SPSS Summer School was held for the thirteenth time in Veszprém, at the University of Pannonia. During the first two days, plenary sessions featured university and college lecturers, researchers, and other professionals who shared their experiences and results related to teaching SPSS, data analysis, or artificial intelligence.
Coordination Meeting of the #TASA Network in Ohrid
From June 24 to 28, 2025, the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality—Ohrid hosted the second coordination meeting of the “Tourism and Agriculture Sustainable Alliances” (#TASA) network, operating within the European CEEPUS academic mobility program.

How can you properly wrap up an academic year?
Of course—with an outdoor cookout, great company, and, naturally, a bubbling cauldron! This year, for the first time, our faculty hosted a communal “bogrács” cooking event—and to mark this debut, we managed to choose possibly the hottest Thursday afternoon of the year. But even the heat couldn’t dampen our spirits: many of us gathered to consciously and joyfully avoid work hours.
