He identified three key factors contributing to employee retention: the company itself, leadership style, and luck.

The company factor encompasses aspects such as fair compensation, clearly defined policies, realistic business goals, and ethical guidelines that specify the consequences of rule violations. The leadership factor involves leadership style, personality traits, agility, the recognition of employees' skills and talents, and the manner in which incoming information is processed and acted upon. Finally, the luck factor was described by Mr. Kóbori as being influenced by two critical elements: the location of the hospitality business and the occurrence of external crises. The presentation was insightful and provided valuable perspectives on the various elements that influence employee retention in the hospitality industry.
