HR Fest Győr - Change of pace - You set the pace for the future
Fast and constantly changing market demands, efficiency and conscious resource management have become the defining elements of our daily lives and play an increasingly important role in the operation of companies and organisations. At the HR Fest events, the organisers will show how this change of pace is shaping the economy and the labour market, how companies are adapting and how HR is becoming a key factor in finding and maintaining business rhythm.

One of the key messages for companies from the speakers was that change is necessary and inevitable, that HR management must respond to changing situations, and that communication with subordinates is even more important today.
