On 14th of November, 2024, the book titled Theory and Practice of Religious Tourism in Hungary, edited by Viktória Dr. Kundi, was presented at the Brenner János College of Theology.

Széchenyi István University and Polytechnic of Leiria have signed a Double Degree Programme in the field of Tourism Management in 2022. Within this RUN-EU Double Degree Programme, the students from Széchenyi István University and Polytechnic of Leiria complete a Double Degree Programme at both universities in Master in Tourism Management  (SZE) and Master in Sustainable Tourism Management (IPL) degree programmes. 

The Scientific Students' Associations Conference (TDK) is a forum for students, in which they have the opportunity to present their scientific research in a competitive situation.

On 26 November, Ádám Hazafi and Ádám Dancs participated in the Széchenyi István University Scientific and Artistic Students’ Conference with the topic Industrial Giant versus Spa Town: The Tourism Impact of the Nestlé Factory Expansion in Bükfürdő.
