Kautzos colleagues on the new international panel of the Journal of Management Development
The prestigious Journal of Management Development is launching a new initiative: the creation of an Early Career Review Board (ECRB), consisting of PhD students and researchers who have earned their doctorates within the last five years. The aim is to offer early career researchers valuable experience in the peer review process and insights into the latest developments in management research.
Four colleagues from the Kautz Gyula Faculty of Business and Economics have been invited to join this international board: Judit Bilinovics-Sipos, Irma Potháczky Rácz, Patrícia Horváth, and László Buics. The selection was made on the recommendation of the members of the Editorial Board, which includes members of our Faculty.
ECRB members are expected to review approximately 3–5 manuscripts per year. Emerald, the publisher, provides extensive support and recognition to reviewers through various resources and rewards.
We warmly congratulate our colleagues on being selected for this prestigious professional role!
