Supplementary admission 2025: Széchenyi István University is accepting applicants for 62 programs

Széchenyi István University is once again offering an opportunity this year to those who were not accepted in the general admission process or have not yet attempted to enter higher education. Applications for the supplementary admission procedure can be submitted until August 7.
The results of the 2025 general admission procedure were announced on the evening of July 23, when applicants were notified of the decision. A record number of 4,739 students were admitted to Széchenyi István University this year, representing a 7.5 percent increase over last year, despite a significant rise in the minimum score requirements for several majors.
The supplementary admission process offers an opportunity for those who are not yet starting their studies in September but do not want to wait a full year. Applications can only be submitted via the e-admission system available on the felvi.hu website, and applicants can only apply for one program at one institution.
Széchenyi István University has announced a total of 62 programs in the supplementary admission process, both state-funded and self-funded, including bachelor's, master's, undivided, and higher education vocational programs. Of these, 18 programs are also available in English. Interested applicants can choose from a total of 136 different programs in full-time and part-time formats.
The range of courses includes logistics engineering, technical management, international studies, social pedagogy, agricultural engineering, ESG – environmental, social and governance specialist, law, modern technologies and cyber security law, civil engineering, nursing and patient care (nurse), engineering informatics, economics and management, as well as commerce and marketing.
