For the fifth consecutive year, the university has maintained its position on the international stage, ranking alongside globally renowned institutions such as MIT, Stanford, Harvard, Cambridge, and Oxford.

This year’s QS ranking is the most comprehensive to date, featuring over 1,500 universities from 106 countries. The evaluation considered nearly 20 million scientific publications and more than 2 million expert opinions.

The success of the university in Győr can be attributed to its focus on sustainability, strong corporate partnerships, high-quality education, and growing internationalization. Currently, students from 79 different countries are studying at the institution, and the university is increasingly welcoming guest professors from around the world.

The Kautz Gyula Faculty of Business and Economics plays an active role in supporting international engagement through its English-taught programs, research projects, guest lecturers, and international student body.

The university first appeared in the QS rankings in 2021 and has consistently maintained its position since then. International partnerships, scientific achievements, and a modern educational environment all contribute to its growing reputation.

According to Dr. Eszter Lukács, Vice President for International and Strategic Affairs, the university creates real value for its students, the region, and society. The goal remains continuous improvement and strengthening the university’s global presence.
